“Harajuku Mini is a dream come true,” the ‘Hollaback Girl’ Gwen Stefani told fashion trade Women’s Wear Daily. “I’ve always wanted to do a cool children’s fashion line inspired by the supercute and playful kid’s clothing you find in Japan.”
Stefani said that Target has allowed her complete creative freedom so she can “design kid’s clothing that [are] different than most anything you usually see out there with great quality, attention to detail and most of all, available at amazing prices.” That’s a fashion Holy Trinity right there, and if anyone can ensure that a low-priced line still looks and feels good, it’s Stefani.
Harajuku Mini won’t be available until the holiday shopping season.
