The weekend before last, on Mother's Day, my little family and I spent the day hanging in NYC taking in art and other random fun. We dropped in the Parallax Art Fair for some inspiration and to spy the venue. One of the incredible artist we met while there was Alex Benitez. His work is so colorful, fun and child-like and he was thoughtful and kind enough to draw an impromptu abstract sketch of my daughter, totally free of charge.How awesome is that?
